CRM Country Manager Indonesia (Textile Industry)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell bluesign services to textile manufacturing mills, brands, and chemical suppliers in Indonesia.
- Establish solid customer relations with existing customers in Indonesia.
- Support customers in implementing the bluesign system in their organization, marketing, and supply chain.
- Cooperate with SGS Indonesia in event management for bluesign events.
- Attend trade shows in the textile industry to acquire new customers in Indonesia.
- Support cross-country/region CRM activities.
- Ensure achievement of regional objectives set in the mid-range plan and yearly budgets.
- Support regional and local CRM activities, focusing on Southeast Asia, including Malaysia and Singapore.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish the bluesign system and services in Indonesia in collaboration with the bluesign organization, including visiting potential customers and networking at trade shows.
- Selling bluesign system partnerships and services to manufacturers, brands, and chemical companies.
- CRM Management: Lead acquisition processes, support customer activities, ensure payments, and maintain customer data.
- Train customer personnel in cooperation with bluesign services, deliver presentations, participate in fairs, and network.
- Provide regular feedback on sales activities, competitor activities, and market developments in Indonesia.
- Support the Technical Service team during assessments, on-site visits, and system implementation.
- Assist in travel planning for regional visits and meetings in Indonesia.
- Participate in mid- to long-term projects as designated by the Head CRM and Regional Director.
PROFILE
- Over 10 years of experience in the Indonesian textile manufacturing chain.
- Profound knowledge of the textile supply chain, with education as a Textile Chemical or Textile Engineer, and understanding of environmental KPIs.
- Strong contacts within the local textile industry and related organizations.
