Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Seafarer, last position as Master or Chief Engineer.
• At least 2 years in a Crewing Assistant Manager/Supervisor role managing over 300 personnel.
• Strong knowledge of vessel crew management.

Qualifications:

ANT 1 / ATT 1 certification, non-seafarers experiences also welcome to apply

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Seafarer, with the last position as Master, Chief Engineer, Operations, DPA, or Marine Superintendent

At least 2 years of experience as a Crewing Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator or in a similar role, managing a crew of over 300 personnel

Strong knowledge of vessel crew management and maritime regulations

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, coupled with assertive communication and a meticulous eye for detail.
