Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur maritime recherche un Assistant Manager en gestion de la paie pour superviser et analyser les activités de compensation. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion de la paie et l'amélioration des systèmes de bénéfices. Les candidats doivent avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience pertinente et une solide compréhension des réglementations en matière de compensation.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting/Management/Finance.
• Experience as Payroll/Compensation & Benefit Assistant Manager for at least 3 years.
• Good understanding of compensation & benefit schemes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all crew compensation & benefit activity (payroll, benefits, etc.).
• Verification & reconciliation of crew compensation data.
• Analyzing effectiveness of compensation schemes and recommending improvements.

Job description

• Manage all crew compensation & benefit activity (payroll, THR, BPJS, premi, petty cash, down payment, medical claim, etc).
• Do verification & reconciliation all data related to crew compensation & benefit activity (ex : absentism, crewlist, insurance invoice, crew personal data, etc).
• Analyzing crew compensation & benefit scheme effectiveness and propose recommendations for improvement to management.

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting/Management/Finance/relevant.
• Experience as Payroll / Compensation & Benefit Assistant Manager for at least 3 years.
• Good understanding about compensation & benefit scheme, PPh 21, and BPJS regulation & other related regulation.
• Proficient in Ms. Excel
• Attention to detail, proactive, able to communicate assertively, independent, good analytical thinking and data analyzing.
