Job summary

SeaBank Indonesia is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to perform monthly analysis and forecasting of key credit performance indicators across all retail products. You will assess risk premiums, calculate financial impacts of credit initiatives, and monitor performance against risk thresholds.

The role requires 5–7 years in credit risk within banking/finance, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on forecasting and stress testing experience.

Job description

• Conduct monthly analysis and forecasting of key credit performance indicators (such as NPL, Cost of Credit, and Vintage Performance) across all retail credit products.
• Assess the adequacy of Risk Premium and insurance premiums to cover the cost of credit for each Bank partner.
• Calculate the financial impact of various credit initiatives on the overall retail credit portfolio and propose action plans if there is a risk of overall portfolio deterioration.
• Identify macroeconomic and microeconomic trends that may potentially impact future credit portfolio quality.
• Monitor monthly performance against key credit indicators that have established risk tolerance thresholds.
• Design, develop, and set credit risk indicator targets in the annual RBB and RBB revisions.
• Coordinate with business and finance units to ensure that credit targets in the RBB are realistic, achievable, and aligned with the company’s risk appetite.
• Develop macroeconomic scenarios and design stress testing methodologies to assess the impact of economic shocks on credit quality and bank capital.
• Responsible for the preparation, validation, and submission of stress test reports and other credit risk reports required by regulators (such as OJK/Bank Indonesia).

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• 5-7 years of experience in Credit Risk in Banking/Financial Industries.
• Strong understanding of BI, OJK, and applicable banking regulations.
• Knowledgeable in risk management with focus on retail credit.
• Hands-on experience in forecasting and stress testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
