Grab is seeking an experienced Credit Ops professional to manage end-to-end underwriting for loans in Indonesia. The role focuses on delivering underwriting SLAs, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and implementing credit SOPs across the organization.

The Credit Ops team manages daily credit underwriting operations and safeguards underwriting SLAs across the country. You will manage end-to-end credit underwriting for loans using external credit bureau data and supporting documents where required. You will help ensure underwriting SLA delivery to support sound decision-making and operational continuity. You will also deliver audit-ready regulatory-to-control mapping and maintain traceable evidence packages against agreed milestones. You will also implement existing credit SOP and policy requirements, implement updates linked to audit controls, and ensure clear ownership and risk mitigation. You will drive continuous improvement in key risk metrics and provides fact-based, data-driven reporting to senior and executive management. You will report to the Head, Credit Ops & Collection, working onsite at the Jakarta office.
