Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Associate Credit/Collections role to support end-to-end credit control in Cikarang. You will manage aging, issue statements, and reminders, and contact customers for payment commitments, with emphasis on 90+ days past due.

This full-time position involves collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure accurate financials. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in Credit Control or AR, strong Excel and ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), and proven negotiation

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable, with Indonesian market exposure.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) preferred.
• Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution abilities; able to handle overdue debts.

Responsibilities

• Manage Collections and Cash Application including aging, statements, and reminders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and overdue accounts.
• Assist in AR aging analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
