Job description
Responsibilities
  • Checking the completeness and correctness of filling out the Credit Agreement and its binding and other required/supporting documents (including insurance closure if there is collateral that is required to be insured);
  • Submit an IDEB application on the OJK application and send a report to the regulator in accordance with the time determined by the OJK;
  • Carry out operational credit transactions, including making operational vouchers in accordance with applicable procedures;
  • Monitoring credit quality per debtor and following up on credit quality declines;
  • Manage credit documentation (including the management of collateral in the repertoire).
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 experience as Credit Admin in Banking industry;
  • Bachelor degree from any major is welcome;
  • Willingness and the ability to learn quickly because of the many product developments and regulatory changes;
  • Resilience related to work volume, scheduling and prioritization;
  • Have high initiative and attention to details;
  • Ability to think analytically in order to solve problems and make decisions;
  • Good interpersonal skills to build relationships.
