Document verification: Thoroughly review invoices, supporting documents, and credit notes submitted by clients for financing accuracy.
Client communication: Proactively follow up with clients to resolve documentation issues and obtain payment advices for accurate application.
Payment management: Handle incoming cheques/payments and ensure proper allocation to advances/invoices.
Data entry and reconciliation: Conduct daily transaction entries in the factoring system, perform day-end balancing, and reconcile bank balances.
Fund management: Compute and communicate available funds for client drawdowns, ensuring compliance with disbursement terms.
Contract monitoring: Keep track of monthly invoice submissions and contract progress claims by clients.
Client service support: Assist Relationship Managers with various client servicing activities, including document requests and legal preparation.
Finance industry experience: Ideally 4 years of experience in finance, particularly with SME financial products.
Organizational skills: Highly organized individuals with strong attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
Problem-solving ability: Proactive thinkers who can take initiative in solving problems independently.
Professional maturity: Demonstrates confidence and composure when handling challenging situations.
