Affiliate Manager (Managerial Level)

As an Affiliate Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our affiliate creators network—owning the end-to-end journey from recruitment to campaign excellence.

What You’ll Do

1. Strategically identify, recruit, and manage top-performing creators.
2. Design and enhance onboarding experiences to boost retention and impact.
3. Lead creator strategy across content, marketing, and engagement.
4. Build training frameworks and performance tracking tools.
5. Analyze data, identify trends, and drive actionable improvements.
6. Collaborate with affiliators and cross-functional teams on growth plans.
7. Develop strong brand partnerships for influencer opportunities.
8. Oversee influencer-brand campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
9. Mentor junior team members (Creator Manager and Campaign Specialist Team) and foster a high-performing culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate or creator management (MCN or brand-side).
• Must have experience in MCN Industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
