Job summary

PT AVAMORA KREASI BIOTEKNOLOGI is seeking a Creative Lead to steer planning and execution of creative projects across Alchemist Fragrance, Rollover Reaction, and Alchemist Brew Lab. You will translate briefs into actionable plans and manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.

Working closely with the Head of Creative, Brand, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders, you will ensure on-time delivery, clear milestones, and optimal resource use in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative project management, creative production, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project planning and creative production workflows.
• Strong ability to translate briefs into structured project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across Creative, Brand, Marketing, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying project risks, delays, dependencies, and resource constraints before they impact delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency in project management and productivity tools is preferred.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, F&B, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of creative projects across all brands.
• Translate briefs and objectives into project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables.
• Develop timelines and workback schedules with identified milestones.
• Coordinate project kick-offs and ensure stakeholders understand scope and deadlines.
• Track progress and follow up on approvals, feedback, deliverables.
• Identify delays, risks, dependencies, and resource gaps and take proactive action.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, scope, quality, and requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers.
• Identify resources and coordinate with Head of Creative to allocate priorities.
• Monitor team capacity and workload to ensure realistic timelines.
• Establish clear workflows and ways of working across projects.
