Responsibilities

  • Develop and propose creative content ideas aligned with talent personas and brand direction.
  • Collaborate with talents and internal teams (Creative, PR Support, Project, and Partnership) to execute effective communication strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to potential PR crises by analyzing social sentiment and crafting mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular social media analysis and prepare monthly reports on talent performance and reputation metrics.
  • Evaluate potential brand collaborations by identifying reputational risks and alignment with company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related fields (open to other majors with relevant experience).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, or Content Strategy is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
  • Creative thinker with solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
