A leading creative agency in Jakarta is seeking a Multimedia Designer to develop engaging graphics across digital and physical platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D and 3D design, animation, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. You'll collaborate with marketing teams to create visually stunning content adhering to brand standards and drive innovative projects using AI tools. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and excellent project management skills, offering an exciting opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.
Create visually appealing2D graphics(websites, mobile, packaging, POSM, print ads, social media posts, banners).
Develop3D designs & CGI(product mockups, animations, virtual displays)
Develop Animation and Visual Effect (VFX) & rendering and compositing for high quality result
Develop Storyboard, Moodboard and visual concept with brand team
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, consistency, and market trends.
Digital & Physical Platform Adaptations:
Collaborate with the digital team to ensure responsive and engaging web/mobile visuals.
Creative Campaign Support:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
Assist in storyboarding, motion graphics, and interactive content for brand activations.
Software & Technology Utilization:
Stay updated on AI-driven design tools and automation trends and best practices in multimedia design to continuously improve the quality of visual content.
Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Manage the entire design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with agencies, photographers, and videographers when needed
Provide creative input and support for other marketing initiatives as needed
Budget and Performance Management:
Ensuring Smart Spending of resources and ensuring ROI-driven spending
Monitor expenditures and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget
Track and report on KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives

Adherence to brand guidelines (measured by internal audits)
Feedback score from stakeholders (marketing/sales teams)

Qualifications :
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in multimedia design (FMCG/pet industry is a plus).
Skills:
Portfolio showcasing expertise in2D/3D design, Animation Blender/Cinema 4D, video editing, and CGI
Proficiency in Grafic Visual Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect-Premier Pro) 3D modeling software, video tools, AI tools and Rendering tools (Octane Render/Redshift)
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
