  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and guidance throughout the creative process — from concept development to final delivery.
  • Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure they meet company standards, reflect brand consistency, and support business goals.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, content, social media, and other departments to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions in an engaging and visually compelling way.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously including planning, prioritizing tasks, setting timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Stay updated on creative trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the financial and investment sectors.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative direction, graphic design, or video production, preferably in the financial industry.
