About the role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Creative Director to join our dynamic team at mates jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the conceptual development and execution of our brand's creative vision. Based in our South Jakarta office, you will work closely with our marketing and design teams to deliver impactful campaigns that captivate our audience and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with the company's overall brand objectives.
2. Oversee the creative direction and execution of all marketing collateral, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
3. Provide creative leadership and mentorship to the in-house design team, guiding them to produce high-quality, on-brand work.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and incorporate them into the brand's creative direction.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's target audience and ensure all creative outputs effectively engage and resonate with them.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
7. Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role, preferably within the brand management or marketing food and beverage industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and creative vision to both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers and creatives.
5. Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
6. Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, on-brand content.
7. Proven track record of staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating them into creative strategies.
