This role is responsible for leading and inspiring a creative team in developing innovative, engaging, and brand-defining campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee the conceptualization, execution, and evolution of creative strategies, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact storytelling across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and oversee brand creative direction, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Define and maintain brand identity, visual language, and storytelling approach across all channels.
  • Provide strategic creative vision for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Campaign Development & Execution
  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts.
  • Oversee the development of advertising, social media, digital content, and brand materials to ensure a unified brand message.
  • Guide the production of photo shoots, video content, and graphic design projects.
Innovation & Trend Forecasting
  • Stay ahead of design, advertising, and cultural trends to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance brand engagement through storytelling, digital innovation, and experiential marketing.
  • Push creative boundaries to differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
Team Management & Development
  • Mentor and develop a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals.
  • Provide constructive feedback, training, and career growth opportunities for the creative team.
  • Foster a high-energy, results-driven, and collaborative work environment.

  • Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with an eye for design, typography, and aesthetics.
