Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead and elevate our creative output across all platforms. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, concept development, and hands-on execution. You will oversee creative campaigns for our three core product lines—Expert Boost Nutrition, Tentang Anak Educational Books, and Expert Care Baby Products—ensuring each reflects our brand's mission and resonates deeply with our audience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on crafting compelling concepts, producing standout visuals and copy, and leading a high-performing creative team from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Develop and lead the overall creative vision for Tentang Anak across brand, marketing, and product initiatives.
  • Drive the creation of Key Visuals (KV), storytelling, and campaign materials for both digital and offline platforms.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints.

Visual Execution

  • Oversee the design process, ensuring high-quality, engaging creative output tailored to each product line and channel.
  • Provide direction and feedback to designers and video editors to refine creative assets.

Strategic Planning & Workflow Management

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage creative projects, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, brand, product, and sales to align creative output with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns across FMCG or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in creative tools and understanding of digital and print production processes.
  • Product Packaging Design: Experience in designing product packaging, especially for FMCG, that is both functional and visually appealing.
  • Digital Ads & Commerce Assets: Proven experience in creating high-performing digital ads and assets for online marketplaces and social media.
  • Offline Branding: Strong understanding of offline brand presence including point-of-sale materials, event branding, and print collateral.
