Job summary

Howel & Co is seeking a Creative Designer to craft compelling visuals for product packaging and branding. You will develop color palettes, layouts, and final artwork while aligning with brand identity.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver assets for marketing and packaging projects. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in graphic design, a relevant degree, and strong proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Skilled in creating both digital and hand-drawn illustrations.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent attention to detail and strong visual design sense.
Able to interpret design briefs into effective visual output.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design for Product & Packaging: create visual concepts and mockups for product and packaging designs.
Create Visual Content for Marketing: design assets for social media, website banners, catalogs, and digital campaigns.
Support Internal Design Requests: respond to design requests and ensure consistent design quality across touchpoints.
