• Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, customers, and relevant parties through responsive service, effective coordination, and the prompt, professional resolution of needs and complaints, thereby enhancing tenant/customer satisfaction and supporting smooth property operations.
• Conduct periodic tenant visits to assess tenant conditions and requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the effective resolution of tenant/customer issues.
• Prepare periodic reports for management regarding tenant/customer status and issues requiring management attention.
• Assist in ensuring operational information is accurately communicated to tenants and relevant customers, and monitor occupancy rates.
• Support the execution of events, tenant activities, promotional campaigns, and other property-related activities as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate the resolution status of complaints and requests.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Major.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Customer Relations and Tenant Relations, preferably in shopping center.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
