Job summary
A leading property management firm in Tangerang is seeking a skilled individual to manage tenant complaints and improve facility management. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in property management or retail, a Bachelor's degree, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Ms. Office is essential. This position will be based in ITC BSD, South Tangerang.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Receive and act on tenant complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Provide suggestions for facility improvements based on tenant feedback.
- Monitor complaint resolution according to the applicable SLA.
- Enforce house rules and conduct sessions with tenants and security personnel.

Job Descriptions:
- Receive, identify, and follow up on tenant complaints by acting as a mediator with management to resolve issues in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Provide suggestions to management regarding improvements to available facilities based on tenant feedback and enhancements to the CR/TR work system.
- Analyze all tenant/customer complaint administration reports and monitor complaint resolution according to the applicable SLA.
- Implement and enforce the house rules by conducting socialization sessions with tenants and building security personnel.
