Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and Go-to-Market strategy to achieve short, mid, and long-term sales targets.
- Expand sales by identifying and cultivating new business partners and further developing existing relationships.
- Manage sales volumes, distribution networks, pricing strategies, and merchandising objectives in collaboration with distributors and retail partners.
- Drive brand advocacy and customer communication efforts to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Collaborate with the commercial department to align on objectives and targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to profitability goals.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Engage with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional activities and events.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key accounts and partners to maximize business performance.
Role Objectives:
- Identify new market opportunities and potential strategic partners in Indonesia.
- Establish and maintain strong, high-value partnerships to enhance business growth.
- Collaborate on processing and supply chain requirements with strategic partners.
- Drive brand awareness and customer advocacy within the Indonesian market.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
The Successful Applicant
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, ideally within the perishable goods or food industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30-50% travel frequency).
