In line with global decarbonization efforts, we have expanded into the green hydrogen sector, introducing advanced alkaline electrolyzers, including a 10MW system launched in 2023. To support our rapid international expansion, we are building agile local sales teams in key markets to promote our diversified portfolio, including bromine and air-cooled refrigeration systems, industrial boilers, and zero-emission solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking Overseas Sales Engineers to spearhead local market penetration and business development. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting our energy-efficient systems, and offering technical and commercial support to ensure sales success. Candidates must be proactive, knowledgeable about local industry dynamics, and passionate about driving sustainable energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up a local office in Indonesia.
  • Drive regional sales of industrial cooling, bromine-based refrigeration, and boiler systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local clients, project developers, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage key stakeholders across assigned territories.
  • Provide technical consultation, pre-sales support, and product demonstrations.
  • Deliver insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to execute region-specific strategies and report progress.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and business forums.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (open to all majors); technical background is an advantage.
  • Prior 2+ years experience in industrial equipment, refrigeration, or energy systems sales preferred.
  • Willing to help set up a local office in Indonesia.
  • Ability to do fieldwork and manage project deployment conditions.
  • Fluent in the local language; proficiency in English or Mandarin is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
  • Experience working with multinational or engineering-focused companies is beneficial.
