Join our expanding team in Jakarta with your Sales and Construction industry knowledge!

Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to ensure their success and win new business.
  • Liaise with existing and key account customers, achieve sales targets, and manage a growing portfolio.
  • Use BIM knowledge to understand customer needs and pitch our products for project design, planning, and execution.
  • Maintain and develop business in Steel, Concrete, and A&D segments.
  • Increase market share and sales revenue in Indonesia.
  • Develop relationships with industry influencers to generate demand for Tekla Solutions.
  • Support marketing revenue goals, focusing on new opportunities and sales pipelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tekla BIM customers.
  • Negotiate, execute, and collect payments for BIM projects.
  • Create sales plans and stay updated on BIM industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in New Logo Sales within the local construction industry.
  • Consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred.
  • Fluent in Bahasa & English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter and independent worker.
  • Commitment to high-quality service.
