Job Description

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitor activities.
• Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless business operations.
• Conducting regular reviews to ensure sales targets are met.
• Providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competition, product performance and customer preferences.
• Conducting business reviews to ensure partners are satisfied with their sales service.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the FMCG, specifically within the frozen food industry.
• Strong business acumen and market knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to achieving sales targets.
