Job description

Country Process Owner, People Experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting HR/People processes.

5 years of experience with operational initiatives.

Experience in local legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.

Ability to communicate in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia) fluently to support client management in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.

Experience in human resources, people programs, or other large-scale people-related roles.

Experience with Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization.

Experience with a data-driven approach to decision making – data analysis, advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Apps Script.

Experience leading multiple priority projects in parallel, and program managing large-scale complex projects.

Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas.

Your responsibilities include designing process and program improvements to meet local business needs, planning and executing service changes, coordinating with local vendors, and developing resource documentation such as process maps, training materials, and knowledge management resources.

You are willing to take thoughtful risks, iterate quickly, and collaborate closely with a talented team of Googlers to ensure alignment across functions.

  • Manage strategic initiatives that deliver end-to-end HR processes, including documentation, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
