What you’ll be doing day to day
- Establish the IKEA Brand as the preferred choice in home furnishing products and solutions that create a better everyday life for the many people
- Identify and drive the positioning opportunities in order to boost the visitation goals, which covered market intelligence, external communication, IKEA Family, web channel as well as local marketing and commercial PR
- Contribute as country management team by develop, lead and implementation marketing strategies in the most effective and efficient way
- Be in charge of the overall marketing communication in order to touch the many peoples’ hearts and minds by securing inspiration and creativity in all marketing communication solutions, align with IKEA Concept and IKEA Brand guideline and collaborate with media
- Responsible of marketing budget, measuring all marketing metrics, identifying cost efficiencies, monitoring and following up all marketing investments
- Demonstrate leadership by example in ways that express the IKEA values within and outside IKEA Operations
We want you to be a person who
- Interest in home furnishing (experience in retail home furnishing will be an advantage)
- Deep knowledge in marketing research & intelligence, brand management, digital media, media landscape and creative process
- Experience of working in a strategic communication, media and/or marketing management role
- Generate strategic plans, demonstrated high analytical thinking and meticulous when monitor budget
- Confident and enjoy communicate with all stakeholders in English
- Proven track in managing team, influence management team and develop people
