Job summary

PYFA Group is seeking an experienced Country Manager (Vietnam) to lead the group’s expansion and growth in the Vietnamese market. You will drive end-to-end commercial operations across pharmaceutical portfolios and establish local teams and partnerships.

You will own the P&L, shape market-entry initiatives, and build critical relationships with distributors, hospitals, and KOLs, while ensuring DAV compliance and governance across activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Vietnamese pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• 3–5+ years in a Country Manager or senior commercial role.
• Proven track record in market access & distributor management.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (DAV), GMP, and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead PYFA Group’s overall commercial strategy and business development in Vietnam.
• Develop and execute the country’s market-entry, expansion, and growth strategy.
• Manage the full P&L, including revenue growth, forecasting, budgeting, working capital, and profitability.
• Build, manage, and optimize relationships with local distributors, logistics partners, and sub-distributors across Northern and Southern Vietnam.
• Drive sales and market development across Rx, hospital tenders/injectables, OTC, aesthetic, and regenerative medicine portfolios.
• Develop strong relationships with KOLs, hospitals, procurement boards, dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and relevant medical associations.
• Lead market access initiatives, including public hospital tenders and private healthcare networks.
• Oversee regulatory and compliance activities in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DAV requirements, product registration, import licensing, GMP, and applicable local regulations.
• Establish and develop the local team, organizational structure, and operational capabilities as the business scales.
• Ensure all commercial activities adhere to ethical standards, anti-bribery policies, FCPA/local laws, and corporate governance requirements.
• Act as the key representative of PYFA Group in Vietnam and provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations to HQ.

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years in a Country Manager, Business Unit Head, or Senior Commercial Director role.

- Proven experience managing Rx, hospital/injectables, OTC, and aesthetic/regenerative portfolios.

- Strong track record in market entry, business expansion, and distributor management in Vietnam.

- Deep knowledge of DAV regulations, product registration, import licensing, GMP, and hospital tender systems.

- Strong network with local distributors, hospitals, KOLs, dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and medical associations.

- Proven P&L ownership and commercial leadership experience.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, especially in professional settings.

- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- High integrity with strong understanding of compliance, anti-bribery, and corporate governance.
