Job summary

PT Pyridam Farma Tbk in Jakarta is seeking a licensed pharmacist to coordinate and monitor CDMO operations, including production planning, QA/validation, and cross-functional order fulfillment. You will drive project management and ensure compliance with GMP/CPOB standards while supporting business development initiatives.

The role requires 2–3 years in the pharmaceutical sector, strong leadership, and excellent English communication with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist (Apoteker).
• 2–3 years in pharma, especially Validation or QA.
• Strong GMP/CPOB knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage technical documentation for CDMO projects.
• Proven leadership and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication with internal teams and customers.

Job description

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring CDMO operations, covering production planning, project and contract management, cross-functional coordination for customer order fulfillment, and business development initiatives to ensure timely execution and achievement of company targets.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed pharmacist (Apoteker)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Validation or Quality Assurance (QA)
• Strong knowledge of GMP/CPOB, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, validation, and applicable regulations
• Experienced in pharmaceutical project management, cross-functional coordination, and project monitoring
• Strong ability to manage technical documentation and CDMO project requirements
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent English communication and coordination skills with internal teams and customers
• Possess a valid SIM A
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and support CDMO business development and service expansion
