Key Responsibilities
Define and execute national sales and growth strategies
Oversee operational efficiency and resource allocation across departments
Set performance goals and lead teams to achieve business KPIs
Strengthen after-sales support and customer satisfaction frameworks
Establish and monitor effective credit control and collections policies
Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and business continuity through control room oversight
Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning
Align country operations with regional and global business objectives
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CA certification is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing operations
Strong communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin
Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and manage change effectively
High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and leadership presence
