Sebuah perusahaan terkemuka di Indonesia sedang mencari seorang National Human Resources Manager untuk mengelola berbagai aspek fungsi HR. Posisi ini melibatkan manajemen penggajian, perencanaan tenaga kerja, onboard karyawan baru dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan. Kami mencari individu dengan gelar Sarjana dan pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang sumber daya manusia.
Manage monthly payroll in coordination with the payroll consultant.
Handle employee income tax (PPh 21) using Coretax.
Prepare and submit LKPM (Quarterly Investment Activity Report).
Implement manpower planning, including recruitment and staff offboarding, and report WLKP.
Ensure proper onboarding for all new employees.
Maintain and manage the HRIS system (e.g., BIPO or Workday).
Organize staff training programs and induction sessions.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and government labor regulations.
Manage expatriate documentation (e.g., RPTKA, IMTA, housing arrangements).
Administer and monitor employee health insurance policies.
Address and resolve employee relations matters as required.
Provide support to the Managing Director/Deputy Managing Director and handle ad-hoc tasks.
Coordinate closely with Regional HR Teams.
Oversee office purchasing needs (supplies and equipment).
Coordinate with IT for issue resolution and system support.
Manage and coordinate the employee competence evaluation program.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or IT.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR or related fields.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics industry is preferred.
Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
Established relationships with government labor institutions is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative team player.
Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
Able to work independently with a high level of responsibility and professionalism.
