Job Description

As a Country HR Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all HR operations within the company.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Supporting business needs through the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven working experience in a HR Manager role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in compensation and benefits as well as knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
