Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking a senior strategist to work closely with senior management to drive business growth through identifying and implementing solutions. You will own and deliver high-impact projects across multiple business verticals, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on execution, and the capability to communicate complex ideas effectively while managing diverse stakeholders and guiding strategic expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 6+ years of working experience in any industry, with management consulting a plus.
• Strong experience in strategic project management and/or people management.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and think creatively.
• Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing large-scale data sets.
• Experience working with multiple projects and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge in areas like strategy, business development, supply chain, project management, marketing, etc.
