Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Color Design team.
- Support off-site teams to duplicate color & system on samples & production line per request.
- Lead on creating new color panels for Showroom (at least 30pcs/year).
- Train & supervise the color stylists & staff to complete their jobs on-time as requested.
- Support at all the factories in urgent technical application cases as requested from CTS managers (10%).
- Lead and manage 5 CTS Managers in Indonesia on daily or regular missions, including troubleshooting & new product trial runs.
- Lead the team to achieve the target of the year in all under-control accounts.
- Generate and report monthly CTS and Color Design activities to the regional team.
- Ensure no injury in work and attend all safety training as requested; implement CRM & LSR on-time in full.
- Attend color panel and sample review with customers, buyers, and key account managers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support to arrange works for color stylists at Color Studio or travel to account if needed.
- Guide and support technician or CTS manager on developing color/sample development at the customer field.
- Travel to customers / potential customers site to support sampling on time and meet customer’s requests about quality and technical requirements.
- Consult customers about color, finishing schedule, and measurement standards applied for product quality.
- Assist Center application team & RD&I on troubleshooting & new product trial runs at customer field.
Key Activities:
- Assist sales team on action plan taken by Technical Service team responsibilities & duties.
- Competitor Info collection (Business Activities and Headcount Number).
- Update customer status (Payment, New Investment, and their Business Plan).
- Technical test results review & qualification.
- Arrange jobs for the team and manage the change based on timeline & priority.
- Direct dealing with customers & buyers in terms of process, colors & samples at color studio, customer factories, or places invited to meet as requested for customer satisfaction.
- Check and confirm the timesheet for the team.
- Submit orders for all necessary materials & equipment for work at department.
- Solve arisen problems within self-scope and report to line manager for others.
- Tasks assigned by line manager, such as 9 box and others.
- Take responsibility & lead the safety action plan & make the department a friendly workplace.
Experience:
- Skillful in color matching & styling.
- Wood technical knowledge (RD lab background).
- Experience in finishing line control.
- Strong experience (at least 8-10 years) in Customer’s technical service management.
- Basic English communication (Verbal, Reading & Writing).
- Work independently/teamwork & under pressure.
- Result-oriented, team player & leadership skills.
Education:
Bachelor degree from any background.
