We're Hiring: Costing Staff – Footwear Production

Join our dynamic team as a Costing Staff, where you'll play a key role in shaping the success of our shoe production process. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with numbers, and has a sharp eye for detail and market trends.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze Cost Breakdowns (CBD) for footwear production.
2. Support pricing strategies that align with market standards and business goals.
3. Validate the product specification and cost break down.
4. Implement cost saving initiatives and coordinate cross-functionally.
5. Finalize the raw material price from vendors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related field in Finance.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other data processing software.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
4. Working experience in costing within the footwear industry is preferable.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people with minimal supervision.
7. Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten.
