Job Description Summary

Provides professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments at a client site, campus, and facilities. Interacts with client representatives onsite, receives direction, and coordinates with the property or facility management team. Monitors and coordinates the execution of various services and processes relating to client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvements. Works in collaboration with the assigned account manager, building or facility management team, clients, owners, and others.

About the role:

  1. Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project and phase to meet project objectives and client needs. Keep building management informed of progress.
  2. Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients, property/facility management, and project teams during all project phases.
  3. Assist in the selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams for each project.
  4. Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices related to the project, and discuss costs and impacts with clients and property management.
  5. Collaborate with building/facility personnel to achieve goals related to quality, service, cost, and profit.
  6. Obtain necessary approvals from management for organizational changes, additional commitments, or expenditures exceeding the budget.
  7. Maintain high standards of work performance both qualitatively and quantitatively.

About You:

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, especially in leading, motivating, and developing employees.
  • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects is preferred.
