Responsibilities
- Plan, track and control spending to ensure it follows the plan, supports business objectives, stays within budget (Settlement, WBS, GL) and correct cost allocation; produce daily, weekly and monthly cost reports.
- Monitor and control the spending of allocated budget within the defined financial period.
- Ensure Capex spending is based on economic analysis.
- Conduct Capex spending control based on economic analysis; perform weekly, monthly and annual cost reviews, reporting and analysis with recommendations based on the results.
- Prepare Accident Damage Reconciliation reports on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including the SHE Management System to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with official standards, requirements and procedures; ensure SHE responsibilities are executed to meet intended outcomes.
- SHE targets: Target Zero LTI; SHE Management System meets current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.

Diploma Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min 1 year experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation
- Understand concept and process of heavy equipment maintenance management
- Understand concept, process and performance indicators of Asset/Plant Costing and Finance
- Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting system
- Good logical and analytical thinking
- Willing to work at project/sites in remote areas
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
