- Plan, track, and control spending to ensure that it follows the plan, supports business objectives, stays within budget settlement (WBS, GL), and correct cost allocation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.

Key Metrics and Control
- Control the spending of allocated budgets within the determined financial period, ensuring successful management.
- Control Capex spending based on economic analysis.
- Conduct cost reviews, reporting, and analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis against the allocated budget, providing recommendations based on analysis and review results.
- Prepare Accident Damage Reconciliation reports on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including identifying, mitigating, and monitoring SHE risks. Ensure SHE Management System conforms to official standards, requirements, and procedures, and that SHE responsibilities meet the intended outcomes, such as SHE risk maintenance, Target Zero LTI, and compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and SMKP standards.
Education
Diploma Degree in Engineering
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation.
- Understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management concepts and processes.
- Understanding of asset/plant costing and finance concepts, processes, and performance indicators.
- Ability to work in detail, manage time effectively, be target-oriented, and maintain good reporting systems.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in remote areas.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
