Cost Control Manager (Mining)

Provide a comprehensive and detailed costing analysis.

Monitor and review actual costs against the approved budget, identifying areas for improvement by analyzing all relevant issues.

Initiate a cost reduction program for end-to-end processes, including projects and OPEX.

As a cost controller, oversee cost management for all operational/project aspects.

Monitor and review all site’s financial-related matters (Rencana Anggaran Biaya, Petty cash, Bank Account, etc).

Assist in audits and perform account reconciliations.

Develop cost management-related reports as required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Management.

Have at least 5 years of working experience in cost control/Accountant Public (KAP) and 2 years as a Manager of Cost Control.

Working experience in the Mining industry is a must.

Become familiar with accounting computation and enhance skills in MS Office.

Strong ability in data analysis; detail-oriented and good at analytical thinking.

Proactive, good interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to travel to the site regularly.
