Job summary

Multielok Cosmetic is seeking a Supervisor Production in the cosmetics sector. The role focuses on supervising and coordinating the production process to meet SOPs, schedules, and quality standards.

You will lead the production team and ensure GMP/CPKB, ISO 9001, and SJH compliance within the production area. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy, plus at least 2 years of supervisory experience in cosmetics or related industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor or Leader in Production in cosmetics or related industry.
• Understanding of GMP/CPKB, ISO 9001, and SJH (Halal Assurance System).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the production process according to SOPs, schedules, targets, and quality standards
• Direct and evaluate the performance of the Leader and production team
• Ensure the implementation of GMP/CPKB, ISO 9001, and SJH in the production area
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of documentation and production reconciliation
• Manage personnel needs and placement according to workload and production needs
• Monitor production targets, productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Identify production constraints and coordinate problem-solving with relevant departments
• Evaluate and propose improvements to processes, work systems, and production productivity
• Ensure production areas and activities are orderly, safe, clean, and in accordance with company standards
