Job summary

PT Mulia Indah Cosmetindo (MICOS) in West Java seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager for OEM/ODM cosmetics to lead our B2B marketing initiatives and strengthen our position as a trusted cosmetics partner.

The role requires 3–5 years in a Marketing Manager position within cosmetics or B2B sales, a strong network in the cosmetics industry, and excellent English communication. Familiarity with BPOM and Halal certification in Indonesia is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
3–5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role within cosmetics or B2B sales.
Established professional network within cosmetics, beauty, and B2B industries.
Strong understanding of cosmetic manufacturing, OEM/ODM processes, and basic regulatory requirements (BPOM/Halal) in Indonesia.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and acquire new customers.
Monitor global and local beauty industry trends to support product innovation and business development.
Develop market-ready cosmetic product concepts and marketing proposals for prospective customers.
Plan and coordinate participation in national and international beauty trade shows and exhibitions.
Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, PPIC, and Production to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
