Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in petrochemical/oil & gas facilities.
• Professional certificate: API 510, 570, 653 (at least one).
• Experience in Turn Around Inspection with various NDE methods.

Job Description:

• Lead and conduct mentoring corrosion engineer related to the corrosion & integrity program
• Corrosion and materials technical authority
• Design, manage, or implement (as applicable) corrosion control strategies covering corrosion monitoring and inspection activities, including preparation and delivery of annual and periodic reports
• To drive Loss of Primary Containment (LOPC) incident reduction through House of Integrity which consist of inspection strategy, special inspection campaign, and process monitoring (IOW)
• Manage IOW (integrity operating window) Detection & Monitoring as per IOW control plan document and anomaly Detection Report in PI-AF
• Perform RBI Living implementation and manage inspection effectiveness.
• Conduct failure investigations into material and corrosion issues in accordance with prescribed or approved failure investigation procedures
• Responsible for providing material & corrosion engineering technical solution, proposal or any other engineering deliverables govern under project scope of work.
• Supports to conduct Fitness For services analysis level 1 & 2
• Vigilantly highlight any technical engineering deviations or non-conformance or unacceptable risk to superior hierarchy level.
• Be familiarized with all applicable general specifications and related engineering standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Material/Metalurgy/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years proven experience in petrochemical/ refineries or oil & gas related facilities.
• Have professional certificate: API 510, 570 and 653 (at least one), and Certified API 571 or AMPP Corrosion Technologist.
• Have experiences in performing RBI Living according to international standards using any applicable RBI software.
• Have experience in Turn Around Inspection with various NDE method for all type of static equipment.
• Have good knowledge in damage/corrosion mechanism related to piping/pressure vessels/tank and other pressure containment equipment
• Have good knowledge in IOW, CCD, inspection data management, and corrosion chemical inhibitor.
• Familiar with API, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, NDT, BS ISO, NFPA and NACE/AMPP
• Have good understanding on HSE, QA/QC and professional ethics.
