Job description

Job Description:

• Translate sustainability strategies and programs into compelling messages and content for various audiences.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communication and Marketing teams to align messaging and ensure consistent storytelling across all platforms.
• Lead or support the planning and execution of sustainability-related campaigns, both internal and external.
• Create and adapt communication materials (e.g., articles, social media content, decks, reports) tailored to different formats and stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and nurture partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, communities, academic institutions, and internal units.
• Support stakeholder engagement efforts to broaden the reach and impact of ParagonCorp’s sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships to extract key insights and inform future efforts

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Sustainability,
• Environmental Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or maximum experience up to 3 years of relevant
• experience in communications, partnership management, or
• sustainability projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and
