Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its asset as well as operational infrastructure to supports the expansion plan of the second world-scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP2.

Responsibility

Manage Operational Excellence (OpEx) strategically driven activities at all Company's function to ensure that Company's objective and target are achieved and deployed to all stakeholder.

Create standards and/or procedures related to the Company’s Operational Excellence (OpEx) activities in order to standardize all OpEx activities within the Company.

Manage and analyze OpEx activities effectiveness including routine meeting and prepare the report such monthly meeting / report, etc.

Communicate program, standard / procedure, information related with OpEx from Management to shop floor / other stakeholder and vice versa.

Active prepare OpEx promotion / champaign in many ways such organize some big Company event in order to raise awareness and interests of related parties.

Coordinate, conduct, facilitate, evaluate daily-monthly-yearly OpEx activities including problem solving in each area responsibility.

Develop, control, and maintain system/tools related TPM implementation such AROL, Daily dashboard, etc to ensure the system are well monitored and accessible for all.

Act as internal auditor for Integrated Management System (IAMS) Audit and/or other Operinternal audit

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering or Science, preferrably from Industrial Engineering.
• Freshgraduate or experienced minimum 3-5 years handling operational excellenceor continuous improvementprogram in manufacturing industry.
• Active and effective collaboration in cross-functional settings, well organized and detail oriented.
• Familiar with integrated-digital monitoring system such as Microsoft Power platform, or other supporting platform.
• Able to conduct and facilitate internal audit, as well as organize and manage big company events.
• Have Lean-Six Sigma green belt certification is a plus.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon.
