Job summary

A food industry company in Indonesia is seeking a professional to drive business collaborations and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in strategic partnerships and corporate development. Strong analytical skills and fluency in English are essential, while knowledge of offshore entity management and proficiency in Chinese are advantageous. This role is based in Pantai Indah Kapuk.

Job description

Lead group business collaboration and joint venture (JV) opportunities.

Compile and analysis of group business operations to support decision-making.

Establish, structure, and maintain regional entities in alignment with corporate strategy.

Coordinate with external agents to ensure robust governance and compliance across offshore entities.

Conduct market and peer research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.

Assist with board meeting arrangements.

Job Requirement

4–5 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, advisory, corporate development, or business development.

Strong capability in data gathering, financial/valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.

Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

Self-driven, creative, and highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of managing offshore entities is a plus.

Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
