Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia seeks a strategic finance leader to drive medium- to long-term planning and lead cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership.

You will manage performance analytics, benchmark market dynamics and deliver data-driven recommendations to accelerate growth. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, at least 5 years in corporate finance or FP&A, and a proven record in leading complex financial projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor of Finance / Accounting.
• Min. 5 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking or advisory background.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial projects and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in developing financial strategies, forecasting trends, and advising senior management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strong financial analysis skills including interpretation of financial statements and KPIs.
• Proficiency in financial planning & forecasting, budgeting, and capital budgeting techniques.
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles and valuation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the company’s medium to long term strategic plan.
• Lead cross functional strategic initiatives and monitor progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Perform business performance analysis.
• Analyze internal and external business trends to identify opportunities for growth or operational improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor and assess market dynamics, customer behavior and competitive landscape.
• Develop benchmarking analysis and strategy implication summaries.
• Project management and leading high priority strategic projects across business units.
• Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives with stakeholders coordination.
• Collaborate closely with C-Level executives and external advisors.
• Prepare high-quality materials for Board and senior management discussions.
• Capability building and coaching junior team members in strategic thinking.
