Job description

The Corporate Strategy will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making by conducting in-depth market research to identify industry trends, financial benchmarks, and competitive landscapes. This position is responsible for preparing detailed research reports and presentation decks for senior management, as well as developing transaction documents to support bank loan applications and fundraising efforts. The analyst will also create simple P&L and market research models to inform business planning and will assist the Corporate Finance Manager in preparing essential documents, data, and analyses to address inquiries from banks, investors, and senior management.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex information clearly.

Job Description:

  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, financial benchmark, competitive landscape, and industry best practices;
  2. Prepare research reports and presentation decks for senior management update;
  3. Prepare transaction documents for bank loan applications and fundraising activities;
  4. Prepare simple P&L and market research models;
  5. Support Corporate Finance manager in preparing documents, data, and analysis to answer bank / investor enquiries.

Job Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or management from reputable universities
  2. Adept at using MS Excel (pivot table, index match, VBA is a plus), Power Point, and Word;
  3. Good analytical skills as well as strong business acumen;
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa), with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders;
  5. Result oriented, and organized, can prioritize effectively, and multitask to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
