Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Corporate Strategy Planning & Analysis team as a junior staff. The candidate will support and assist in the execution of corporate's strategic plans, drive strategic initiatives and coordinate partnerships that align with corporate's objectives, domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and assist in the formulation and execution of corporate's objectives and goals by conducting internal and external business analysis.
2. Evaluate potential new business models, strategic opportunities and investments. Collaborate with business units to align the corporate objectives and develop financial models and scenarios for new strategic initiatives.
3. Identify and evaluate domestic and international strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with existing partners.
4. Support internal communication and presentations for management as well as progress reports for all strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, International Business, Economics or related fields. Preferably from overseas university or local university with allocation abroad.
2. 1-3 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development or management consultancy.
3. Understand business trends and be familiar with financial models, market sizing and strategic frameworks.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in English is a must).
6. Ability to manage multiple projects (multitasking).
7. Proficiency in Ms PowerPoint and Ms Excel is highly preferred.
