About the Role

Responsible for negotiating favourable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers and third-party providers for the procurement of goods and services

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders from end to end
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, service delivery improvements and process efficiency
  • Establish procurement controls and guidelines
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to AIA policies
  • Discuss problems on delivery and performance with suppliers and third-party providers
  • Involve in organisation-wide sourcing and procurement projects
