We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Minimal 10 years experience in financial industry with good track record.
  • Have good and strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable to maintain positive communication with any stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Company Law, OJK regulations and governance standard
  • High attention to detail, integrity and discretion
  • Able to work with senior executive and Board members confidently and professionally

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will:

  • Ensures that the organization adheres to legal standards and corporate governance best practices
  • Develop, implement, and monitor governance policies and practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise the board and senior management on governance best practices and emerging trends.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filings and disclosures.
  • Identify and manage risks related to corporate governance and compliance
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and update corporate policies related to governance, ethics, and compliance.
