Our client is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Associate to join their team!
About Our Client

Our client is a leading Japanese accounting firm providing accounting, taxation, corporate secretary, and other advisory services to clients in Singapore. What you'll be doing?
  1. Manage corporate secretarial duties: Handle a wide range of tasks including company incorporations, strike-offs, and preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
  2. Ensure compliance: Maintain statutory registers and submit filings to keep clients compliant with relevant regulations.
  3. Serve as primary contact: Act as the main liaison for Japanese-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and prompt responses to inquiries.
  4. Collaborate across teams: Work with internal departments to gather and provide accurate information to clients and the Japan Head Office.
  5. Provide language support: Translate and interpret for team and board meetings.
  6. Offer administrative assistance: Support the corporate secretarial team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Who are they looking for?
  1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management.
  2. Professional certification: CSIS/MAICSA qualification or pursuit thereof is advantageous but not required.
  3. Language proficiency: Business level Japanese Language (JLPT N1) to effectively communicate with clients and HQ.
  4. Legal knowledge: Good understanding of Companies Act & Constitution.
  5. Relevant experience: At least 1 year in corporate secretarial services, preferably in professional services or legal environment.
  6. Organizational skills: Strong ability to maintain detailed records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
