Qualifications:
- D3 or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in B2B sales
- Experience in bringing Commercial Network access for well-known Vendors seeking expansion in Commercial land/plots in Canggu
- Proficiency in both oral and written English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of the Solid Winning Commercial team
- Analytical, self-driven, results-focused with strategic thinking, effective communication, and a customer-centric approach to build trust with clients
Job Description:
- Identify and contact potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Analyze market trends, business landscape, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients
- Negotiate sales contracts to meet company and client requirements
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including follow-up and objection handling
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast future sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, technical, and customer success teams to achieve sales targets
