Qualifications:

  • D3 or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in B2B sales
  • Experience in bringing Commercial Network access for well-known Vendors seeking expansion in Commercial land/plots in Canggu
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the Solid Winning Commercial team
  • Analytical, self-driven, results-focused with strategic thinking, effective communication, and a customer-centric approach to build trust with clients

Job Description:

  1. Identify and contact potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  3. Analyze market trends, business landscape, and competitor activities
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients
  5. Negotiate sales contracts to meet company and client requirements
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including follow-up and objection handling
  7. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  8. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast future sales opportunities
  9. Collaborate with marketing, product development, technical, and customer success teams to achieve sales targets
